We have two great condo/apartments at Vista Cay. Both located in the same building, directly by the main pool area and clubhouse. 3rd or top floor, both with both lake and poolview. Both condos are fully furnished for a comfortable vacation.

Vista Cay is very centrally located in Orlando on Universal Blvd. Less than a Mile from International Drive. Just across from Epic Universe. We have everything within 5 to 20 minutes drive : All theme parks (Disney, Universal, Sea World, waterparks), the airport, shopping. Several restaurants at Vista Cay, and even more at International Drive just down the road. Convention or event at Orange County Convention Center? OCCC is just 0.5 Mile away from Vista Cay.

Common for both condos are: Entire units are airconditioned. Wireless Internet. Washing room with washer and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Stove, Microwave, freezer/fridge with ice and water, coffee maker etc. Dining area that seats 6. Smart TV (65") in the living room. 43" to 50" smart TV in every bedroom. And of course there are elevators.

Condo 5000-307 : 2 Bedroom / 2 bath. Lake and poolview.
3rd floor location, 1112 sq feet. Sleeps 7 : Master Bedroom with King Size, 2nd bedroom with Queen size and twin bed.

Condo 5000-408 : 3 bedroom / 2 bath. Lake and poolview.
Top floor location, 1247 sq feet. Sleeps 8 : Master bedroom with king size, 2nd bedroom with queen size, 3rd bedroom with a full size and a twin bed.

Right outside our condos you have the main pool area and clubhouse. Pool area has a free to use Jacuzzi, large regular pool and kids pool. Heated during winter. The clubhouse has a 24/7 reception, fitness center, gift shop, tiki bar, game room, internet computers and cinema. For details, read below.

Located on the resort is a gigantic Publix supermarket and a Walgreens pharmacy. Also three restaurants : Tripadvisor top rated NYPD Pizza, Asian, Beth's Burger Bar, Mexican restaurant. You also have a Dunkin Donuts and Subway restaurant.

International Drive, center of the tourist area, is located less than a mile from Vista Cay. There you have a lot of restaurants and attractions. At each end of I-Drive, you have the two gigantic Factory Outlets. Florida Mall and Mall at Millenia max 10 minutes by car.

Vista Cay is located practically between all the theme parks. About 10 minutes northbound on Universal Blvd, you have Universal Studio, Island of Adventure and Volcano Bay. Sea World and Aquatica, 5 minutes south of Vista Cay. All the Disney parks, are about 15 minutes away by car. Easy drive mostly on the highways.

Orlando is also in the middle of Florida, and day trips to the beaches is no problem. Under one hour drive to the Atlantic coast, and about 1.5 hour to the Gulf coast.

We cooperate with Millenium Management, the only management company with on-site office. They are open 24/7, great at late arrivals and in case of any problems.
