Checking in:

We cooperate with the only management company that has a 24/7 front desk at Vista Cay, Millenium Management. They offer also "direct to the condo check in"

Front desk check in:

  • The front desk is located in the clubhouse, located at 4874 Cayview Ave. As mentioned, they are open 24/7.
  • Millenium will have a prepared envelope with all necessary information: Code to the condo, access cards to the pool area, code to the gate to the parking lot, a map over the resort, nearby restaurants and stores, driving directions etc.
  • So it's basically just to arrive at the clubhouse, early or late, and they will check you in much like a hotel.

At check-in, all guests will have to sign a registration form with terms. A copy of this form can be viewed here. A US$ 200 "damage deposit" will have to be paid at check in. (Except Airbnb rentals) After checkout, hopefully, nothing is missing or damaged, this reservation will be released. Depending on your bank, it can take 3-4 business days to be posted back on your card. Usually if a debit card is used, it takes shorter time. Luckily, we have yet to use this reservation. This much the same as the Hotels and Car Rentals does it.

Direct to the condo check in:

  • This is optional. Our on-site partner Millenium Management will send a contract directly to the guest by e-mail. If signed and return, access code to the condo etc, will be sent a couple of days before check in directly from our on-site partner. You can then go directly to the condo, no need to go to the front desk. But they are there if you want that.
  • Note 1: For Airbnb renters, you need to give me your real e-mail address to use this.
  • Note 2: The code to the condo will by default be activated at 4 PM, regular check in time. If you (plan to) arrive before this, you can either update me the owner or go to the front desk when you arrive.

Short driving directions from Orlando International Airport:

  • Take exit north from the Airport, enter SR-528 westbound
  • Take exit 2 to Universal Blvd
  • After about one Mile, you see a Walgreens store on your left-hand side. Drive down Lake Cay Plaza, by the Walgreens.
  • Straight ahead to the Vista Cay clubhouse. The address is 4874 Cayview Ave.
  • Tip: Cayview Ave is a small road. If you use a GPS, it might not be present in your GPS. In that case, drive to 9650 Universal Blvd, this is the address of the Walgreens store.
